Closed 💕 on my Samsung Active 4 and have over 15K steps. Calorie goal was 1572 and I was 29 calories over, P goal was 160 and I had 1 gram left, C goal was 116 and I had 1 gram left and F goal was 52 and I was 4 grams over. Great Day 288/305 mile a day, Traditional Body Building W6/D3: Legs + Pliability: Ankles + Hips & Day 13 of 25 Days Pull Up/Ring Row Challenge and 60 min walk. #DuesPaid Completed both personal power list and power list from inside 1st Phorm app. Work clothes are set out for tomorrow. Meds, Micro Factor and Supplements are ready for tomorrow. Gym clothes and Shaker bottle are packed for tomorrow’s workout. All meals/snacks for tomorrow with the exception of dinner has been pre-tracked in the app. Training plan: Day 289/305 mile a day in the morning, Traditional Body Building W6/D4: Shoulders/Chest + Pliability: TBD & Day 14 of 25 Days Pull Up/Ring Row Challenge in the gym after work and 60 min after dinner. I AM: I am an effective problem-solver.
