Closed 💕 on my Samsung Active 4 and have over 15K steps. Calorie goal was 1572 and I had 55 calories left, P goal was 160 and I had 2 grams left, C goal was 116 and I was 3 grams over and F goal was 52 and I had 6 grams left. Great Day 294/305 mile a day, Traditional Body Building W7/D2: Back/Shoulders + Pliability: Big Flexor & Day 19 of 25 Days Pull Up/Ring Row Challenge and 60 min walk. #DuesPaid Completed both personal power list and power list from inside 1st Phorm app. Meds, Micro Factor and Supplements are ready for tomorrow. Work clothes are set out for tomorrow morning. All meals/snacks for tomorrow with the exception of dinner has been pre-tracked in the app. Training plan: Day 295/305 mile a day, Traditional Body Building W7/D3: Legs + Pliability: TBD & Day 20 of 25 Days Pull Up/Ring Row Challenge and 60 min walk.  I AM: I choose to be grateful for the small joys as I am for the bigger ones.
