Calorie goal was 1572 and I had 63 calories left, P goal was 160 and I was on target, C goal was 116 and I had 5 grams left and F goal was 52 and I had 3 grams left. Great Day 278/305 mile a day, ROMWOD: Upper & Spine + Day 3 of 25 Pull up/Ring Row Challenge and 60 min walk. #DuesPaid Completed both personal power list and power list from inside 1st Phorm app. Meds, Micro Factor and Supplements are ready for tomorrow. Progress Photo clothes are set out and Tripod is setup for tomorrow morning. Work clothes are set out for tomorrow morning. All meals/snacks for tomorrow with the exception of dinner has been pre-tracked in the app. Training plan: Day 279/305 mile a day, Traditional Body Building W5/D1: Chest/Arms + Day 4 of 25 Days Pull up/Ring Row challenge + ROMWOM: TBD and 60 min walk. I AM: I know that everything I do for my body makes me stronger inside and out.
