Calorie goal was 1572 and I was 27 calories over, P goal was 160 and I had 2 grams left, C goal was 116 and I was 13 grams over and F goal was 52 and I had 2 grams left. Great Day 300/305 mile a day, Traditional Body Building W8/D1: Chest/Arms + Pliability: Whole Body & Day 25 of 25 Days Pull Up/Ring Row Challenge and 60 min walk. #DuesPaid Completed both personal power list and power list from inside 1st Phorm app. Meds, Micro Factor and Supplements are ready for tomorrow. Work clothes are set out for tomorrow. All meals/snacks for tomorrow with the exception of dinner has been pre-tracked in the app. Training plan: Day 301/305 mile a day, Traditional Body Building W8/D2: Back/Shoulders + Pliability: TBD and 60 min walk. I AM: I am creating a life that feels good to me.
