Closed 💕 on my Samsung Active 4 and have over 15K steps. Calorie goal was 1572 and I was 28 calories over, P goal was 160 and I had 2 grams left, C goal was 116 and I was 12 grams over and F goal was 52 and I was on target. Great 290/305 mile a day, Traditional Body Building W6/D5: Back/Arms + Pliability: Hamstrings + Hips & Day 15 of 25 Days Pull Up/Ring Row Challenge and 60 min walk. #DuesPaid Completed both personal power list and power list from inside 1st Phorm app. Meds, Micro Factor and Supplements are ready for tomorrow. Work clothes are set out for tomorrow morning. All meals/snacks for tomorrow with the exception of dinner has been pre-tracked in the app. Training plan: Day 291/305 mile a day in the morning, Pliability: TBD + Day 16 of 25 Days of Pull Up/Ring Row Challenge after breakfast and 60 min walk in the afternoon.  I AM: All my dreams and wishes have come true.
