Closed 💕 on my Samsung Active 4 and have over 15K steps. Calorie goal was 1572 and I had 45 calories left, P goal was 160 and I was 7 grams over, C goal was 116 and I was 3 grams over and F goal was 52 and I had 10 grams left. Great Day 289/305 mile a day, Traditional Body Building W6/D4: Shoulders/Chest + Pliability: Big Benders & Day 14 of 25 Days Pull Up/Ring Row Challenge and 60 min walk. #DuesPaid  Completed both personal power list and power list from inside 1st Phorm app. Meds, Micro Factor and Supplements are ready for tomorrow. Work clothes are set out for tomorrow morning. All meals/snacks for tomorrow with the exception of dinner has been pre-tracked in the app. Training plan: Day 290/305 mile a day, Traditional Body Building W6/D5: Back/Arms + Pliability: TBD & Day 15 of 25 Day Pull Up/Ring Row Challenge and 60 min walk. I AM: I accept the appreciation that I have earned.
