  Closed all 💕 on my Samsung Active 4 and have over 15K steps. Calorie goal was 1572 and I had 41 calories left, P goal was 160 and I had 4 grams left, C goal was 116 and I had 5 grams left and F goal was 52 and I had 1 gram left. Great Day 217/305 mile a day, Traditional Bodybuilding W1/D1: Chest/Arms + Core Challenge W1/D2: HIIT and 60 min walk. #DuesPaid   Completed both personal power list and power list from inside 1 st Phorm app.   Meds, Micro Factor and Supplements are ready for tomorrow morning. Work clothes are set out for tomorrow. All meals/snacks for tomorrow with the exception of dinner has been pre-tracked in the 1 st Phorm app. Training plan Day 218/305 mile a day before breakfast, 12 Week Foundations of Training W8/D3: Modified Strength/Conditioning + Core Challenge W1/D3: Core modified after breakfast and 60 min walk at work.    I AM: I have a healthy relationship with my body.

Calorie goal was 1406 and I was 40 calories over, P goal was 160 and I had 4 grams left, C goal was 97 and I was 29 grams over and F goal was 42 and I had 5 grams left. Great 45 min walk, Legs Day + Core Challenge: Core, Pliability: Upper Body and 60 min walk. #duespaid Completed both personal power list and power list from inside 1 st Phorm app. Meds, Micro Factor and Supplements are ready for tomorrow. Workout clothes and Shaker Bottle are packed for tomorrow. Work clothes are set out for tomorrow morning. All meals/snacks for tomorrow with the exception of dinner has been pre-tracked in the app. Training plan: 45 min walk at work, Shoulders/Chest + Core Challenge: HIIT in the gym after work, Pliability: TBD and 60 min walk after dinner.
