 Closed all 💕 on my Samsung Active 4 and have well over 15K steps. Calorie goal was 1572 and I had 66 calories left, P goal was 160 and I was 2 grams over, C goal was 116 and I was 19 grams over and F goal was 52 and I had 16 grams left. Great Day 199/305 mile a day, 12 Week Foundations of Training W5/D5: EMOM and 60 min walk. #DuesPaid Completed both personal power list and power list from inside 1P app. Meds, Micro Factor and Supplements are ready for tomorrow. All meals/snacks for tomorrow with the exception of dinner has been pre-tracked in the app. Training plan: Day 200/305 mile a day before breakfast, 12 Week Foundations of Training W5/D6: Shoulders/Arms/Cardio in the afternoon and 60 min walk after dinner.  I AM: I free myself from society’s expectations and I am my wonderfully unique self.
