 Closed all 💕 on my Samsung Active 4 and have well over 15K steps. Calorie goal was 1572 and I had 20 calories left, P goal was 160 and I had 2 grams left, C goal was 116 and I was 4 grams over and F goal was 52 and I had 3 grams left. Great Day 197/305 mile a day, 12 Week Foundations of Training W5/D3: Legs & Abs and 60 min walk. #DuesPaid Completed both personal power list and power list from inside 1P app. Meds, Micro Factor and Supplements are ready for tomorrow. Work clothes are set out for tomorrow. Gym clothes are packed and ready for tomorrow afternoon. All meals/snacks for tomorrow with the exception of dinner has been pre-tracked in the app. Training plan: Day 198/305 mile a day in the morning, 12 Week Foundations of Training W5/D4: Chest/Arms/Cardio in the afternoon and 60 min walk after dinner.  I AM: I use my self-love to lift my spirits.
