 Closed all 💕 on my Samsung Active 4 and have over 15K steps. Calorie goal was 1572 and I had 26 calories left, P goal was 160 and I was 5 grams over, C goal was 116 and I was 3 grams over and F goal was 52 and I had 3 grams left. Great Day 194/305 mile a day and 60 min walk. #DuesPaid Completed both personal power list and power list from inside 1P app. Meds, Micro Factor and Supplements are ready for tomorrow. Work clothes are set out for tomorrow. Progress photo clothes are set out and Tripod is set up for tomorrow morning. All meals/snacks for tomorrow with the exception of dinner has been pre-tracked in the app. Training plan: Day 195/305 mile a day before breakfast, 12 Week Foundations of Training W5/D1: Strength/Conditioning after breakfast and 60 min walk in the afternoon.  I AM: I love nature and am grateful to experience it every day.
