 Closed all 💕 on my Samsung Active 4 and have well over 15K steps. Calorie goal was 1572 and I had 3 calories left, P goal was 160 and I was 9 grams over, C goal was 116 and I had 4 grams left and F goal was 52 and I was on target. Great Day 190/305 mile a day, 12 Week Foundations of Training W4/D3: Legs & Abs and 60 min walk. #DuesPaid Completed both personal power list and power list from inside 1P app. Meds, Micro Factor and Supplements are ready for tomorrow morning. Work clothes are set out for tomorrow. All meals/snacks for tomorrow with the exception of dinner has been pre-tracked in the app. Training plan: Day 191/305 mile a day in the morning, 12 Week Foundations of Training W4/D4: Chest/Arms/Cardio modified for at home after work and 60 min walk after dinner.  I AM: The past is behind me and I am open to new fulfilling things.
