 Closed all 💕 on my Samsung Active 4 and have well over 15K steps. Calorie goal was 1572 and I was 19 calories over, P goal was 160 and I was 28 grams over, C goal was 116 and I had 20 grams left and F goal was 52 and I was on target. Great Day 191/305 mile a day, 12 Week Foundations of Training W4/D4: Chest/Arms/Cardio and 60 min walk. #DuesPaid Completed both personal power list and power list from inside 1P app. Meds, Micro Factor and Supplements are ready for tomorrow morning. Workout clothes are set out for tomorrow. All meals/snacks for tomorrow with the exception of dinner has been pre-tracked in the app. Training plan: Day 192/305 mile a day before breakfast, 12 Week Foundations of Training W4/D5: EMOM in the gym after breakfast and 60 min walk after dinner.  I AM: I am filled with happiness for what the future brings.
