Closed 💕 on my Galaxy 6 and have over 15K steps. Calorie goal was 1572 and I had 38 calories left, P goal was 160 and I had 2 grams left, C goal was 116 and I was 7 grams over and F goal was 52 and I had 6 grams left. Great 45 min walk this morning, 30 min walk + Core Challenge: HIIT this afternoon, 60 min walk after dinner and Pliability: Voldemort before bed. #DuesPaid Completed both personal power list and power list from inside 1st Phorm app. Meds, Micro Factor and Supplements are ready for tomorrow. Gym clothes are set out for tomorrow and Shaker Bottle is packed for tomorrow. Training plan: 45 min walk in the morning, At Home Minimal Equipment: Biceps/Triceps + Core Challenge: Core in the gym after breakfast, 60 min walk after dinner and Pliability: TBD before bed. I AM: Happiness is always around me and is easy to find.
