Closed 💕 on my Galaxy 6 and have well over 15K steps. Calorie goal was 1572 and I was 41 calories over, P goal was 160 and I was 3 grams over, C goal was 116 and I was 13 grams and F goal was 52 and I had 3 grams left. Great 45 min walk this morning, Hero WOD + Core Challenge HIIT this afternoon, 60 min walk after dinner and Pliability: Sirius before bed. #DuesPaid Completed both personal power list and power list from inside 1st Phorm app. Meds, Micro Factor and Supplements are ready for tomorrow. Work clothes are set out for tomorrow. All meal/snacks for tomorrow with the exception of dinner has been pre-tracked in the app. Training plan: 45 min walk in the morning, EMOM + Descending Ladder WOD & Core Challenge: Core after work, 60 min walk after dinner and Pliability: TBD before bed. I AM: I am flexible and adapt to the changes in my life.
