Closed 💕 on my Galaxy 6 and have over 15K steps. Calorie goal was 1572 and I had 16 calories left, P goal was 160 and I was 9 grams over, C goal was 116 and I was 32 grams over and F goal was 52 and I had 20 grams left. Great 45 min walk this morning, Active Recovery 30 min walk + Core Challenge: HIIT 25 min treadmill sprints, 60 min walk after dinner and Pliability: Hagrid. #DuesPaid Completed both personal power list and power list from inside 1st Phorm app. Meds, Micro Factor and Supplements are ready for tomorrow. Work clothes are set out for tomorrow. Gym clothes and Shaker Bottle are packed for tomorrow afternoon. All meals/snacks for tomorrow with the exception of dinner has been pre-tracked in the app. Training plan: 45 min walk in the morning, Biceps/Triceps + Core after work, 60 min walk after dinner and Pliability: TBD before bed. I AM: I am happy to see my progress.
