Closed all 💕 on mt Samsung Active 4 and have over 15K steps. Calorie goal was 1572 and I had 42 calories over, P goal 160 and I had 3 grams left, C goal was 116 and I had 3 grams left and F goal was 52 and I had 3 grams left. Great Day 251/305 mile a day, Traditional Body Building W1/D1: Chest & Arms + Core Challenge W6/D1: Core and 60 min walk. #DuesPaid  Completed both personal power list and power list from inside 1st Phorm app. Meds, Micro Factor and Supplements are ready for tomorrow. Gym clothes are set out for tomorrow morning. All meals/snacks for tomorrow with the exception of dinner has been pre-tracked in the app. Training plan: Day 252/305 mile a day in the morning, Traditional Body Building W1/D2: Back & Shoulders + Core challenge W6/D2: HIIT in the gym after breakfast and 60 min walk after dinner.  I AM: I learn from the circumstances that surround me.
