Closed 💕 on my Samsung Active 4 and have over 15K steps. Calorie goal was 1572 and I was 30 calories over, P goal was 160 and I was 15 grams over, C goal was 116 and I had 5 grams left and F goal was 52 and I was on target. Great Day 274/305 mile a day, Traditional Body Building W4/D3: Legs + RONWOD: Wrists + Shoulders and 60 min walk. # DuesPaid  Completed both personal power list and power list from inside 1st Phorm app. Meds, Micro Factor and Supplements are ready for tomorrow. Work clothes are set out for tomorrow morning. Gym clothes are set out for tomorrow afternoon. All meals/snacks for tomorrow with the exception of dinner has been pre-tracked in the app. Training plan: Day 275/305 mile a day in the morning, Traditional Body Building W4//D4: Shoulders/Chest + ROMWOD: TBD in the gym after work and 60 min walk after dinner.  I AM: The world deserves nothing less than my authentic happiness.
