Calorie goal was 1572 and I was 54 calories over, P goal was 160 and I had 4 grams left, C goal was 116 and I had 26 grams left and F goal was 52 and I was 21 grams over. Great Day 264/305 mile a day, ROMWOD Recovery: Total Body Short and 60 min walk. #DuesPaid Completed both personal power list and power list from inside 1st Phorm app. Meds, Micro Factor and Supplements are ready for tomorrow. Work clothes are set out for tomorrow. Progress Photo Clothes are set out and Tripod is set up for tomorrow. All meals/snacks for tomorrow with the exception of dinner has been pre-tracked in the app. Training plan: Day 265/305 mile a day in the morning, Traditional Body Building W3/D1: Chest/Arms + ROMWOD Recovery: Total Body Short after breakfast and 60 min walk in the afternoon.
