Closed all 3 💕 on my Samsung Active 4 and have over 15K steps. Calorie goal was 1572 and I had 6 calories left, P goal was 160 and I had 4 grams left, C goal was 116 and I had 18 grams left and F goal was 52 and I was 9 grams over. Great Day 273/305 mile a day, Traditional Body Building W4/D2: Back/Shoulders + ROMWOD: Big Movers and 60 min walk. #DuesPaid Completed both personal power list and power list from inside 1st Phorm app. Meds, Micro Factor and Supplements are ready for tomorrow. Work clothes are set out for tomorrow morning. Gym clothes are packed for tomorrow. All meals/snacks for tomorrow with the exception of dinner has been pre-tracked in the app. Training plan: Day 74/305 mile a day in the morning, Traditional Body Building W4/D3: Legs + ROMWOD: TBD in the gym after work and 60 min walk after dinner.  I AM: Challenges are opportunities to learn what is important to me.
