Closed all 💕 on my Samsung Active 4 and have over 15K steps. Calorie goal was 1572 and I was 47 calories over, P goal was 160 and I had 5 grams left, C goal was 116 and I had 2 grams left and F goal was 52 and I was 10 grams over. Great Day 257/305 mile a day and 60 min walk. #DuesPaid Completed both personal power list and power list from inside 1st Phorm app. Meds, Micro Factor and Supplements are ready for tomorrow. Work clothes are ready for tomorrow morning. Progress Photo clothes are set out and Tripod is set up for tomorrow morning. All meals/snacks for tomorrow with the exception of dinner has been pre-tracked in the app.  Training plan: Day 258/305 mile a day in the morning, Traditional Body Building W2/D1: Chest and Arms after breakfast and 60 min walk after dinner.  I AM: I am thankful to my body for never letting me down.
