Closed all 3 💕 on my Samsung Active 4 and have over 15K steps. Calorie goal was 1572 and I was 52 calories over, P goal was 160 and I had 3 grams left, C goal was 116 and I was 12 grams over and F goal was 52 and I was 1 gram over. Great Day 266/305 mile a day, Traditional Body Building W3/D2: Back/Shoulders + ROMWOD: Full-body and 60 min walk. #DuesPaid Completed both personal power list and power list from inside 1st Phorm app. Meds, Micro Factor and Supplements are ready for tomorrow. Work clothes are set out for tomorrow morning. Gym clothes and Shaker bottle have been packed for tomorrow afternoon’s workout. All meals/snacks for tomorrow with the exception of dinner has been pre-tracked in the app. Training plan: Day 267/305 mile a day in the morning, Traditional Body Building W3/D3: Legs + ROMWOD: Hips & Quads in the gym after work and 60 min walk after dinner.  I AM: I do the best that I can.
