45 Weeks out

 All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 18K steps for today. Macros were great again today. Training plan for next week is 3 gym sessions and tracking truck unload on Wed. Thursday will be fasting day this week since truck isn't until later in the day on Wed. Progress photos are ready to send to Coach on Tuesday late afternoon. Tuesday's training will be Legs/Glutes, Thursday's will be Back/Glutes and Friday's session will be Legs/Glutes. Need to log Tuesday's into the My Workout+ app then copy and paste the other two days.
