46 Weeks out

 All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have well over 18K steps for today. Macros were good today for it being my Fasting day. Training plan for next week is 4 gym training sessions and 1 at home day.  Monday is my at home training session then Tues through Fri gym sessions. All training sessions are planned in My Workout+ app for the week. Weight has been in the 140's still all week.
