48 Weeks, 2 days out

 All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have well over 18K steps for today. Macros were great today. Trained Back/Glutes and went outside for a 30 min walk on the street behind the gym. Coming back inside I had my sunglasses on and forgot the step down coming inside and fell hard so far just have bruising on my right leg and could have a some bruising on my right wrist will see in the morning. Tomorrow plan on training Legs/Glutes and either another 30 min walk outside or walk on mats will see how cool it is then will decide.  Filmed deadlifts today and posted it to the Team SYLL Facebook group and on my Instagram story. Also had my teammate and gym owner watch the 2 videos and thought form on today's was better than Tuesday's video.
