48 Weeks, 5 days out

 All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have well over 18K steps for today.  Fasting macros were great today. Back feeling a little better and found out Aleve has a formula for Back and Muscle Pain so bought some of that and will take shortly. Tomorrow's training plan is Legs/Glutes and hopefully one of the new trainers is at the gym to have him or her check my deadlift form. Will also video it so Coach can see it on Instagram to comment. Found my lifting belt and will try it tomorrow. Also know I need to stretch more pre-workout and post workout.
