48 Weeks, 4 days out

 All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have well over 18K steps for today. Macros were good today but still need more carbs. Filmed my deadlifts and put the video on both Instagram and on Facebook to the team SYLL group and got both Coach Adam and Coach Zach to reply and give ideas for next time I do them on Friday. Tomorrow I'll be training upper body just not sure which one I'll do yet. My back is feeling better today since I stretched on the exercise ball and used my foam roller before my training session.
