48 Weeks, 3 days out

 All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have well over 18K steps for today. Macros were much better but still need more protein. Today I trained Chest/Shoulders and tomorrow I'll train Back/Glutes. Practiced deadlifts having the bar closer to my legs. Will video it either tomorrow or Friday then post to the team SYLL Facebook page and my Instagram feed as well as story. Used the ball to stretch but forgot to take my foam roller into the gym this afternoon.
