47 Weeks out

 All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have well over 18K steps for today. Macros were great today. Out of habit I have the email started to add the Google sheets link before hitting send.  Plan on watching live stream mass tomorrow morning since not sure when mass will be recorded and posted. Think after church and while watching football on TV I'll  paint my nails green in support of team Green.  Training plan is still on track for next week.

Calorie goal was 1645 and I had 49 calories left, P goal was 175 and I was 34 grams over, C goal was 90 and I was on target and F goal was 65 and I had 15 grams left. Calorie goal was 1572 and I had 41 calories left, P goal was 160 and I had 4 grams left, C goal was 116 and I had 5 grams left and F goal was 52 and I had 1 gram left. Great Day 217/305 mile a day, Traditional Bodybuilding W1/D1: Chest/Arms + Core Challenge W1/D2: HIIT and 60 min walk. #DuesPaid   Completed both personal power list and power list from inside 1 st Phorm app.   Meds, Micro Factor and Supplements are ready for tomorrow morning.
