 Closed all ❤ on my Samsung Active 4 and have over 13K steps. Calorie goal was 1645 and I had 65 calories left, P goal was 175 and I was 8 grams over, C goal was 90 and I had 1 gram left and F goal was 65 and I had 12 grams left. Great Day 130/305 mile a day, WHD Glutes/Shoulders + Core this morning and 45 min on Slim Cycle after lunch. Completed both personal power list and power list from inside 1P app. Meds and Supplements are ready for the week and Meds, Micro Factor and Supplements are ready for tomorrow. All meals/snacks for tomorrow with the exception of dinner has been pre-tracked in the app. Training plan: Day 131/305 mile a day after breakfast and 45 min on Slim Cycle in the afternoon. I AM: I refuse to live in the past.
