 Closed all ❤ on my Samsung Active 4 and have over 13K steps. Calorie goal was 1572 and I was 10 calories over, P goal was 160 and I was 5 grams over, C goal was 116 and I was 2 grams over and F goal was 52 and I had 3 grams left. Great Day 141/305 mile a day, Daily DB 2.0: HIIT and Core this morning and 45 min on Slim Cycle this afternoon. #DuesPaid Completed both personal power list and power list from inside 1P app. Meds, Micro Factor and Supplements are ready for tomorrow morning. Work clothes are set out for tomorrow. Gym clothes and Shaker bottle have been packed for tomorrow afternoon's workout. All meals/snacks for tomorrow with the exception of dinner has been pre-tracked in the app. Training plan: Day 142/305 mile a day in the morning, Daily DB 2.0: Full Body in the gym after work and 45 min on Slim Cycle after dinner. I AM: I do the best that I can.
