 Closed all hearts on my Samsung Active 4 and have well over 12K steps. Calorie goal was 1735 and I had 61 calories left, P goal was 175 and I was 8 grams over, C goal was 90 and I had 7 grams left and F goal was 75 and I had 5 grams left. Great WHD Back/Biceps and Core Challenge Week 5, Day 2: HIIT in the gym and mile walk this morning. #DuesPaid Completed my personal power list and app power list. All meals/snacks for tomorrow with the exception of dinner has been pre-tracked in the app. Work clothes are set out for tomorrow morning. Meds, Micro Factor and Supplements are ready for tomorrow morning. Training plan: WHD Full-Body and Core Challenge Week 5, Day 3: Core and Day 8 of 305 days mile a day for the rest of 2023 challenge after breakfast and before work. I AM: I hold visions of my success in my heart.
