 Closed all 💕 on my Samsung Active 4 and have over 15K steps. Calorie goal was 1572 and I had 17 calories left, P goal was 160 and I was 6 grams over, C goal was 116 and I was 5 grams over and F goal was 52 and I had 5 grams left. Great Day 167/305 mile a day, 12 Wk Foundation Wk1/D1: Strength/Conditioning and 45 min walk. Completed both personal power list and power list from inside 1P app. Meds, Micro Factor and Supplements are ready for tomorrow. Gym clothes are set out for tomorrow morning. All meals/snacks with the exception of dinner has been pre-tracked in the app. Training plan: Day 168/305 mile a day, 12 Week Foundation Wk1/D2: Chest/Arms/Cardio and 45 min walk. I AM: I am always working towards bettering myself while still loving the person I am today.
