 Closed all 💕 on my Samsung Active 4 and have over 15K steps. Calorie goal was 1572 and I was 63 calories over, P goal was 160 and I was 10 grams over, C goal was 116 and I had 15 grams left and F goal was 52 and I was 10 grams over. Great Day 179/305 mile a day, 12 Week Foundations of Training W2/D6: Cardio + Shoulders and 60 min walk. #DuesPaid Completes both personal power list and power list from inside 1P app. Meds and Supplements are ready for the week and Meds, Micro Factor and Supplements are ready for tomorrow. All meals/snacks for tomorrow with the exception of dinner has been pre-tracked in the app. Work clothes are set out for tomorrow morning. Training plan: Day 180/305 mile a day and 60 min walk.
