 Closed all 💕 on my Samsung Active 4 and have well over 15K steps. Calorie goal was 1572 and I had 56 calories left, P goal was 160 and I was 7 grams over, C goal was 116 and I was on target and F goal was 52 and I had 8 grams left. Great Day 177/305 mile a day, 12 Week Foundations of Training W2/D4: Active Recovery/1P app Workout of the Week and 60 min walk. #DuesPaid Completed both personal power list and power list from inside 1P app. Meds, Micro Factor and Supplements are ready for tomorrow. Work clothes are set out for tomorrow. Gym clothes are packed for tomorrow. All meals/snacks for tomorrow with the exception of dinner has been pre-tracked in the app. Training plan: Day 178/305 mile a day in the morning, 12 Week Foundations of Training W2/D5: 24 min EMOM (4 rounds) in the gym after work and 60 min walk after dinner. I AM: I am comfortable and confident within this body.
