 Closed all 💕 on my Samsung Active 4 and have over 15K steps. Calorie goal was 1572 and I had 6 calories left, P goal was 160 and I was 11 grams over, C goal was 116 and I had 3 grams left and F goal was 52 and I had 2 grams left. Great Day 174/305 mile a day, 12 Week Foundations-Advanced W2/D1: Strength/Conditioning and 45 min walk. #DuesPaid Completed both personal power list and power list from inside 1P app. Meds, Micro Factor and Supplements are ready for tomorrow. Work clothes are set out for tomorrow morning. All meals/snacks for tomorrow with the exception of dinner has been pre-tracked in the app. Training plan: Day 175/305 mile a day, 12 Week Foundations of Training-Advanced W2/D2: Chest/Arms/Cardio and 45 min walk.
