 Closed all 💕 on my Samsung Active 4 and have over 15K steps. Calorie goal was 1572 and I had 65 calories left, P goal was 160 and I was 3 grams over, C goal was 116 and I was 6 grams over and F goal was 52 and I had 13 grams left. Great Day 164/305 mile a day, 12 Week Foundational Training-Advanced Week 1/Day1: Strength/ Conditioning preview for the new training program I'm beginning on Monday and 45 min walk. #DuesPaid Completed both personal power list and power list from inside 1P app. Work clothes are set out for tomorrow. Meds, Micro Factor and Supplements are ready for tomorrow morning. Training plan: Day 165/305 mile a day before breakfast and 45 min walk after breakfast. I AM: I say no with ease.
