Closed all 💕 on my Samsung Active 4 and have over 15K steps. Calorie goal was 1572 and I had 45 calories left, P goal was 160 and I was 6 grams over, C goal was 116 and I had 2 grams left and F goal was 52 and I had 5 grams left. Great Day 182/305 mile a day, 12 Week Foundations of Training W3/D2: Chest/Arms/Cardio and 60 min walk. #DuesPaid  Completed both personal power list and power list from inside 1P app. Meds, Micro Factor and Supplements are ready for tomorrow. Work clothes are set out for tomorrow morning. All meals/snacks for tomorrow with the exception of dinner has been pre-tracked in the app. Training plan: Day 183/305 mile a day in the morning, 12 Week Foundations of Training W3/D3: Legs & Abs after work and 60 min walk after dinner. I AM: I value myself and my needs.
