Closed all 💕 on my Samsung Active 4 and have well over 15K steps. Calorie goal was 1572 and I had 27 calories left, P goal was 160 and I was 16 grams over, C goal was 116 and I had 4 grams left and F goal was 52 and I had 5 grams left. Great Day 180/305 mile a day this morning and 60 min walk after dinner. Completed both personal power list and power list from inside 1P app. Meds, Micro Factor and Supplements are ready for tomorrow morning. Work clothes are set out for tomorrow. Progress Photo clothes are set out and tripod is set up for tomorrow. All meals/snacks for tomorrow with the exception of dinner has been pre-tracked in the app. Training plan: Day 181/305 mile a day before breakfast, 12 Week Foundations of Training-Advanced W3/D1: Strength/Conditioning after breakfast and 60 min walk after dinner. I AM: I know how to appreciate beauty, and am thankful to nature for creating it.
